Responsibilities:  This position is responsible for increasing market share by building and sustaining long term customers. This position is directly responsible for sales, margin management, promotional spending and customer relations while growing pound sales in the Mid-Atlantic region and assigned accounts. Broker management and support, Retail experience and prior customer contacts will be considered.


BS degree +3 yrs. of expr in food brokerage or as a sales representative for a manufacturer required.

Willing to travel local as well as overnight (up 50% of the time); mostly day trips.

Ability to work remotely while achieving defined growth target

Prior Broker management experience a plus.

Good PC skills (excel and power point)

Possess strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and business partners
