60190 – T-Bone and Porterhouse Steaks

T-Bones and Porterhouse steaks are cut from the beef short loin. A porterhouse has additional tenderloin attached to the bone; at least 1.25 inch width. The T-Bone offers a tenderloin width of at least 1/2 inch when measured parallel to the length of the back bone. Then we also have club ends that are true center cuts with very little bone.Ask your sales rep for any club end specials.
