In 1932, we began producing our famous Corned Beef on East Lombard Street, known as Baltimore’s “Corned Beef Row”.
As a family-owned and operated USDA processing facility, we provide delicatessen, sliced deli meats, and other specialty meat products to distributors, chain restaurants, retail foodservice and industrial clients.
As a private label deli meat processor and purveyor of fresh cut, high-quality meat, we continue to deliver these old-world family recipes to hundreds of customers – still asking for Deli with a Difference.
